These provisions regulate the use of the internet portal service (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that the Arteixo Council makes available to internet users.

The Concello de Arteixo is the owner of the “arteixo.org” subdomain and the different elements included in it.

The content provided through this Portal is for informational purposes only and does not replace the publication of official regulations and acts that must be formally published in official gazettes. Although every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained herein is accurate and up-to-date, the Arteixo Town Council does not guarantee the absence of errors in the content of this Portal, nor that it is completely up-to-date.

The Arteixo Council is not responsible for any damages that may result from the illegitimate or inappropriate use of the tools and information contained in the Portal, with the exception of all actions resulting from the application of legal provisions to which it must submit in the strict exercise of its powers.

The Arteixo Town Council assumes no responsibility for the connection or content of links to external pages over which it has no control, and the user of this Portal must, in any case, comply with the specific conditions of use of said links.

The Arteixo Town Council reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the information contained herein, or to its configuration or presentation, at any time and without prior notice.

The intellectual property rights of this website and its contained elements are owned by the General Administration and the autonomous public sector of Galicia.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information available on this Portal is subject to reuse, and its total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution and communication are authorized for commercial and non-commercial uses, subject to the following conditions:

By browsing this site, you consent to the use of cookies by the Portal, which are never used to collect personal information. There are two types of cookies:

First-party cookies: These are sent to your device and managed exclusively by the Arteixo Town Council, which only obtains and stores information related to session and language data. These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning and display of the Portal for the user.
Third-party analytics cookies: The Portal uses cookies from the Google Analytics tool, which performs statistical measurement and analysis of user navigation on the website in order to improve the services offered by the Portal. Data protection

The processing of personal data carried out through this Portal will be subject to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable regulations. The data provided by the interested party will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes of the procedure or action in question. Under no circumstances will said data be processed or transferred to third parties without the unambiguous consent of the data subject, or in the cases provided for in Articles 6.2 and 11.2 of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.

Use of languages

Article 13 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, guarantees the exercise of linguistic rights recognized in the legal system and, in particular, those related to the use of Galician in citizens’ relations with the Galician Public Administration. To this end, the Portal will allow access to its content and services in both Galician and Spanish.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For any legal matter or issue concerning the Portal, Spanish law will apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela will have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or related to the use of this Portal.
